Who he is
One such eminent physician we know about Arkadiusz Jaroni, who is a part of this successful Doximity network of medical practitioners. His successful medical career began nearly thirty years ago following his graduation from the University of Alberta in Edmonton with Bachelors Degree in Science. He became interested in the field of medicine while pursuing his undergraduate work. He served as the research representative to the Medical Students Association while continuing his studies at the University of Alberta. He also acted as a representative to the Committee on Environmental Health for the class of 1991 at Alberta. Four years later, in the year 1995 he earned his Doctor of Medicine.
In 1991, Dr. Arkadiusz Jaroni travelled extensively to spend a year in pursuing an integrated rotating internship at Dalhousie University. After completing his internship, he returned to Alberta to participate in a year of general surgery residency at the Calgary University. During this period he continued his interest in research and completed a project titled “Elective Simple Cystectomy of Symptomatic Splenic Pseudocysts”.

Now a general practicing physician, Dr. Jaroni worked as a coroner and a locum physician in Alberta. In 1994, he shifted to Alberta to setup a private practice and also work as a medical examiner . Dr. Arkadiusz Jaroni information in the next five years saw him continuing with medical examiner duties and growing his private practice. During this period he was appointed Alberta Medical Association Representative Forum Delegate for the Physicians of the Mistahia Region 13. He also held the post of Chief of Emergency for the Outpatient Department and Family Practice, at the QE II Hospital. Additionally, he became a member at large of Rural Medicine Section at the Alberta Medical Association.
Through the years
Dr. Jaroni transitioned into Emergency Medicine and started working in the Health Center emergency departments. In 2001, he completed a critical care clinical assistant training program and work with the emergency medical staff. He returned to Alberta in 2004 a post which he held positions in various hospitals as an emergency medical staff. From 2005- 2008, he was elected secretary treasurer of the Palliser Medical Staff Organization. In early 2009 he joined St. Mary’s Hospital as an ER physician and became the founding member of its emergency medical staff. In 2010, his duties expanded and he took over as Associate Zone Medical for Alberta Health Services and later as Medical Director of St. Mary’s Hospital. In 2012, Dr. Jaroni began preparing future physicians for medical practice by serving as a clinical lecturer. He began teaching Life Support Courses, starting with PALS and ITLS. Since then has added the courses like BLS, NRP, ACLS, ALSO, ALARM, and is looking for more.
